Water management
by Hydrostadium

Since its creation in 2001, Hydrostadium has specialised in whitewater course engineering. In 2007, this activity was complemented by hydropower engineering. These two areas of expertise have water management in common. They enable the EDF Group, local authorities, public-sector organisations and companies to optimise their hydropower plants while constructing sites for whitewater sports.

Building on recognised expertise, Hydrostadium has delivered numerous facilities worldwide, including whitewater stadiums designed for the Olympic Games in Sydney, Athens and Beijing. These innovative achievements are supported by six international patents and have a promising future.
