Gender diversity

Hydrostadium has been committed for several years to developing gender diversity and ensuring equal treatment and opportunities for every individual. This year, Hydrostadium’s gender equality index is 96/100.

The index enables us to measure pay gaps between women and men and highlight areas for improvement. To do so, it assesses the level of equality between women and men out of 100 points, based on the following criteria:

  • pay gap between women and men,
  • difference in the distribution of individual pay rises,
  • number of female employees receiving a pay rise upon returning from maternity leave,
  • gender balance among the 10 highest-paid employees,

At Hydrostadium, an action plan is drawn up every year. It aims, on the one hand, to analyse the situation regarding professional equality within the company and, on the other hand, to identify progress indicators in several areas selected by the company.

Equal opportunities, a strong commitment for HYDROSTADIUM

While equal pay is one of the foundations of this balance, this dimension encompasses other equally important challenges: equal opportunities in career paths, combating sexist behaviour and preventing the impact of gender stereotypes, achieving a better balance between work and personal life, and increasing the representation of women in technical professions…

Young people as future talent

The diversity of academic backgrounds is a central element of HYDROSTADIUM’s recruitment policy. We recruit employees from technical education programmes (BTS, IUT, DUT, etc.), engineering schools, universities, business schools, etc.

Disability: a strong disability inclusion policy

Hydrostadium aims to open its doors to all skills and all forms of energy, without exclusion.

Facilitating the professional integration of people with disabilities is therefore self-evident to us, particularly since one person in two will experience a disability during their working life. It is therefore essential to enable every person with a disability to have a fulfilling environment compatible with their situation.

We are committed to all forms of diversity and are convinced of the social responsibility of companies to combat all forms of discrimination. As such, Hydrostadium is committed to and complies internally with a disability and occupational health charter. All our job offers are therefore open to people with disabilities.
