Main technical features

Pumping-dilution using a slurry pump with a dilution head and divers (2,400 m³); dry mechanical dredging (6,000 m³ of sediment); manual and mechanized dredging in the intake gallery (3,000 m³) using electric tractors and an electric loader.

Natura 2000 classified site and Scenic Site; difficult access; mountain construction site; limited land holdings; distant recovery channels; large sediment volumes; grain-size diversity of the sediments to be removed; reduced gallery cross-section.
