Épinal Whitewater Stadium is a unique project extending over a 200 m-long and 10 m-wide course, suitable both for learning canoeing and kayaking and for hosting national and international competitions, thanks to the use of the Omniflots® movable obstacles patented by Hydrostadium.
Other sports activities are available at the leisure centre: rafting, tubing and a surf wave (a unique system that can be adjusted and removed as required to switch to a 100% kayaking configuration). In addition, this facility serves as a training centre for the Vosges fire service on drowning and flood risks.
